Connecting Our Community to Our Schools
Partners in Education was founded in 2006 with a simple but powerful idea: Our schools don't have to do it alone.
Our community has an incredible amount to offer. Local business leaders understand the importance of preparing today's students to become tomorrow's workforce, and they are eager to share their time, knowledge, resources, and expertise.
Our job is to make that connection.
We work alongside schools to understand their needs and connect them with community members who can help meet those needs—from financial support for educational programs to employees and volunteers who serve as mentors, tutors, and positive role models.
Why It Matters
There is often a gap between the resources available in our community and the needs within our schools. Partners in Education exists to close that gap.
