On our October 22 call: As Kentucky continues to invest opioid settlement funds in prevention, treatment, recovery, and community-based solutions, nonprofit organizations have an important role to play in connecting resources with local needs. On this Virtual Town Hall Meeting, representatives from Kentucky’s opioid abatement efforts will share what organizations need to know as the latest grant funding opportunity opens. Kentucky Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission's Hannah Williams, Engagement Specialist, and Michelle Burns, Grant Specialist, will walk through the application portal, key timelines and requirements, available resources, and considerations for developing a strong proposal. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the funding process, what to expect when applying, and how to prepare their organization to take advantage of available opportunities.
