This week, we'll discuss: Auditing Your Organization's Processes from a DEI Perspective. What areas of your organization are most prone to bias? Discovering and uncovering these areas may be the fuel needed to make diversity, equity, and inclusion apart of your organization's DNA. In this session, explore various aspects of your organization, discover how bias can show up, and develop policies that mitigate bias.
