Call Recording: Join your nonprofit colleagues for discussions on the diversity, intersectionality, and inclusion issues facing the sector. These monthly calls are an important opportunity to connect with your colleagues facing similar challenges and opportunities, learn from one another's experiences, share ideas and best practices, and more.

On the September 2 call, we discuss equitable recruitment and hiring strategies for attracting diverse team members to your organization.  Human resources pros (Kevin Dean, Momentum Nonprofit Partners; Shannon O'Toole, Shannon O'Toole Coaching; and Rebecca Savidis, Foraker Group) join us to share their guidance and we'll also share information about a change we've made to the KNN Online Career Center - a requirement that all new job postings include a salary/wage range. Brandy Strand, Director of Community Relationships at Utah Nonprofits Association, will share Utah's experiences a year after they began requiring salary range information in job postings. Join us to learn how your organization can communicate that you are transparent, seek to create an equitable work environment that begins with recruiting, and models inclusive hiring for our sector and beyond.
