This webinar, led by our colleagues at Montana Nonprofit Association, walks through two tools to help nonprofit leaders build their new normal: the Scenario Modeling Tool, an interactive planning tool developed to help organizations test best and worst case budget scenarios; and the Cash Flow Projection Template, an Excel spreadsheet built with multiple scenario options to help track cash on hand.
