Starting a new program for a small or new nonprofit can be a daunting experience. Organizations often find gaps in their current offerings and feel overwhelmed by how to make changes or create new programs, especially when resources are tight. This training will help you understand the important components of creating new programs and share practical steps to launching them.
Learning areas will include:
- Understanding what nonprofit programming is, and how it’s differentiated from other activities of your organization
- Defining your program’s people and purpose
- Program budgets
- Low-key evaluation practices
