Join KNN and Amy Hebbeler, Attorney at Manley Burke, to learn about what nonprofits should consider when returning to in-person workplaces. COVID has been a catalyst for change in many ways. As we work on transitioning to the new normal, employers are yet again faced with navigating a new environment. The COVID vaccine exists and is more readily available, employees are returning in person to the workplace and nonprofit organizations are considering holding in person events. All of these considerations come as nonprofit organizations continue to strive to best serve the community. We will discuss the following topics to assist employers in taking on these new issues:
- Considerations for COVID-19 screening, vaccinations, and symptomatic employees
- Confidentiality considerations for protected health information
- Strategies for holding in-person events
- Best practices for returning to work
