Staffing Peer Huddle

On the October huddle: We will discuss Successful Strategies to Ensure Employees Feel Seen, Heard, and Valued. True organizational shifts occur when employees voices and concerns are heard. During this discussion, we will explore the useful DEI tools & initiatives organizations can utilize to ensure that employee’s feel seen, heard, respected, and valued.
Note: The Peer Huddle will NOT be recorded.
- By joining the Staffing Peer Huddle, you are making a commitment to be an active participant in Huddle meetings. As each Huddle builds on previous Huddle meetings, we ask you to plan to join us every other month, if possible.
- We ask that you participate in the Huddle with an openness to different perspectives, valuing a space for honest discussions where all opinions are honored. Confidentiality is expected of all Huddle participants.
