This 90-minute session invites participants to consider the way they manage workload, navigate stress, and accomplish tasks. Participants will identify what they do well individually and on an organizational level and what areas may need improvement. This practical, engaging session will provide nonprofit professionals with at least one (or many) helpful take-away to slow their own avalanche of information.
