Call Recording: Join your nonprofit colleagues for discussions on the diversity, intersectionality, and inclusion issues facing the sector. These monthly calls are an important opportunity to connect with your colleagues facing similar challenges and opportunities, learn from one another's experiences, share ideas and best practices, and more.   

On the September 1, 2022 call: DEI initiatives are not human resources strategies, but are separate business strategies integral to any organization’s overall success. To create effective and sustainable DEI initiatives, it is necessary to explore the relationship between DEI and HR. Successful DEI initiatives focused on ensuring an inclusive, welcoming, and equitable environment for all employees are created through a human resources lens. In this discussion, we explore the partnership between DEI and HR and the need to ensure that the voices and concerns of employees are heard and valued when creating initiatives.
