Join your nonprofit colleagues for discussions on the diversity, intersectionality, and inclusion issues facing the sector. This month's session will be led by Carol Taylor-Shim, Director of Bias Incident Support Services at the University of Kentucky. Ms. Taylor-Shim will lead a presentation on how to best support employees, colleagues, and clients who are directly affected by racial inequity and trauma. We will discuss microaggressions in the workplace, learn about how our teams may be navigating their personal and societal experiences, and leave with some tangible ideas of how to support your internal and external networks.
