On the March 7 call: Women’s History Month recognizes women's advocacy as the source of societal changes that have expanded our possibilities and have moved history forward. In the nonprofit world, where women make up 75 percent of employees and volunteers, women have helped shape conversations around operations, programs, policies, partnerships, and governance. In this month’s Let’s Talk Equity call, we’ll discuss how sharing these stories of gender equity can help compel action, sustain support, build trust and credibility, amplify your mission and ultimately grow your donor, volunteer and employee base.
