This highly interactive workshop will focus on how to make sure your meetings are engaging and make the best use of everyone’s time. Attendees will learn strategies for meeting planning and preparation that work for all meetings, whether a one-to-one check in or and large group discussion. This workshop will also demonstrate techniques for effective meeting facilitation, such as fostering psychological safety, boosting collective energy, and enhancing creativity.
