Subsequently, participants will learn how to engage in stakeholder mapping, and define roles and access levels within their organization to promote accountability and clarity in data governance implementation. They will then explore a data governance roadmap featuring simplified steps and strategic questions to guide them in initiating and sustaining effective data governance practices.
