Culture impacts all aspects of an organization, from employee retention to mission impact and effectiveness. Too often, organizational culture is left to chance. But crafting a thriving organizational culture is possible and it begins with setting the right intention. This session will equip you with key concepts and tools to take actionable steps in building a positive supportive culture grounded in current research and human development. The workshop includes interactive exercises, group breakout sessions, and role-play. The goal is for participants to better understand aspects of supportive cultures and identify and reflect on their impact and role in crafting organizational culture intentionally.
