The risks of hostile workplace behavior can keep you up at night and it can be easy to pretend it can never happen at your nonprofit, but when hostile workplace behavior goes unchecked, it can have a wide-ranging impact. Bullying, harassment, intimidation, and verbal and physical aggression are just a few examples of concerning behaviors that have negative impacts on organizations. These behaviors are often precursors to serious physical violence.
