To create effective and sustainable DEI initiatives, it is necessary to explore the relationship between DEI and HR. Successful DEI initiatives focused on ensuring an inclusive, welcoming, and equitable environment for all employees are created through a human resources lens. In this discussion, we explore the partnership between DEI and HR and the need to ensure that the voices and concerns of employees are heard and valued when creating initiatives.
