Your engagement and partnership with other Lexington nonprofits is creating a strong nonprofit sector in our community; has created a unified voice that has better educated the Mayor’s office and the Urban County Council on the work and economic impact of nonprofits; helped moved the Urban County Council to restore the proposed elimination of ESR and other nonprofit funding; has led to important actions to support students and families coping with NTI; and is helping craft solutions that would ensure our city address both COVID-19 and racial and social inequities. And there is so much work still to be done and so many partnership opportunities ahead!

To help sustain this work, we invite you to join the Lexington Nonprofit Coalition - a local alliance of KNN members! Membership is open to KNN members and dues are $300 annually or monthly at $30 (payable via credit card payment that could be cancelled at any time). We know that covering KNN's costs of the Coalition with dues alone isn’t feasible, so we are working on a plan to diversify the revenue to cover our expenses – just like we do with our statewide KNN membership. 

So, what’s next? We need to hear from you to determine how we might feasibly move forward with the Coalition. Please share your organization’s interest and commitment by answering a few simple questions – ideally ASAP, as we prepare and plan for events ahead.
