On our April 6 call recording, learn about Kentucky's NEW Employee Child Care Assistance Partnership. This Partnership was created by House Bill 499 in the 2022 legislative session and creates a state match for employers who choose to contribute to the cost of quality childcare on behalf of an employee. For example, if an employer contributes $100 a month toward the employee’s childcare cost, the state will match that contribution up to 100%. An employer could double the size of an employee benefit and help reduce the employee’s out-of-pocket child care costs. The best news – nonprofit employers are included!
