Visual storytelling is a crucial tool to communicate your mission clearly to your constituents, support your marketing and fundraising efforts, and showcase your nonprofit’s impact.

Session 1: What Is Your Story and Why is it Important
Are you telling the right story to the right constituent in the most effective way? Effective storytelling is a skill that can help you appeal to potential donors, volunteers, and clients. In this session, we will explore how visual storytelling is important to your nonprofit’s overall strategy, and how it supports your fundraising efforts and spotlights your mission.
Session 2: How To Create and Share Your Story
Now that you know how to show your story visually and you’ve identified your audiences, how do you reach them? Where should the story live and when should you share it?
In this session, you will learn about the various platforms, how to determine which ones your audiences are using, and how to consider the visuals depending on where they will be seen.
Session 3: Creating and Sourcing the Visual Assets to Complete your Story
Now that you know your story and where to share it, how do you get your visuals? In this session, you’ll learn the best practices for producing videos and images using available resources.
