On the October 23 Recording: As part of the national opioid settlement fund, Kentucky has received more than $1 billion. Opioid settlement funds are focused on providing support for prevention, intervention, and treatment. Half of these funds are being distributed via a state grant program while the other half are distributed via local county and city governments.
