Master Your Nonprofit Numbers: KNN is partnering with 100 Degrees Consulting to bring our members a four-month online cohort for nonprofit leaders who need to make smart financial decisions in an uncertain funding environment, understand their numbers, and lead with confidence. 

The funding landscape has shifted under your feet. Grants you counted on are delayed or gone, the cash in the bank doesn’t feel like enough, and you’re being asked to make bigger decisions with less certainty than ever. Master Your Nonprofit Numbers gives you the tools to see clearly and act early. 

Master Your Nonprofit Numbers meets you exactly where you are. Over four months, you’ll work with your own real financials, messy or not, alongside a small group of peers and nonprofit CFO Stephanie Skryzowski. You’ll build a cash flow forecast you actually trust, know what your programs truly cost so you can ask funders for what the work really takes, and walk into any board or donor conversation able to tell your financial story with clarity. Leaders who can do that raise more money, keep more of it, and protect their programs when things get hard. 

Registration includes:

• an eight-module online course 
• library of Excel templates built for nonprofits
• four live 60-minute sessions on Zoom, with short video lessons and actionable templates to complete before each session

This program is designed for nonprofit executive directors and any staff members responsible for their organization's financial health who have never had formal training on how to do that well. You are probably not a numbers person by background. You may have inherited financial systems that feel messy or confusing. You might dread board meetings where financial reports come up, or feel like you are always one budget conversation away from being exposed as someone who does not fully understand their own finances. 

Every seat includes a digital completion badge to share with your board and funders. The program kicks off March 1, 2027, and is limited to 50 seats.

About the trainer:

Stephanie Skryzowski is a visionary Chief Financial Officer who helps nonprofit leaders understand and use their numbers to make smart decisions that grow their bottom line and their impact. She is the Founder and CEO of two companies built around the same belief: that strong finances mean stronger missions. 100 Degrees Consulting provides financial strategy and bookkeeping services to nonprofits around the globe, and Prosper Learning Co. equips nonprofit leaders through her signature curriculum, Master Your Nonprofit Numbers — practical, jargon-free financial education, no accounting degree required.

Stephanie is the author of Do Good and Prosper, which challenges the idea that nonprofit leaders must sacrifice their own well-being to do meaningful work. She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from New York University, focusing on nonprofit management and finance. When she's not talking cash flow, she's exploring the world with her husband and two young daughters.
