Join your nonprofit colleagues for discussions on issues impacting the sector's ability to engage, serve, and welcome all. These monthly calls are an important opportunity to connect with your colleagues facing similar challenges and opportunities, learn from one another's experiences, share ideas and best practices, and more.
On our 3/6/25 call, we are pleased to welcome Jessie Ferguson, Director of Prison and Justice Initiatives at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, who will share her expertise on the challenges and opportunities surrounding workforce reentry for individuals impacted by incarceration and other barriers. We will begin with an in-depth overview of the broader issue of reentry, examining the significant obstacles these individuals face as they work to reintegrate into the workforce. From there, we will explore actionable strategies that nonprofit employers can adopt to support these individuals in building sustainable careers and successfully reconnecting with their communities.
