On our 3/6/25 recording: We are pleased to welcome Jessie Ferguson, Director of Prison and Justice Initiatives at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, who shares her expertise on the challenges and opportunities surrounding workforce reentry for individuals impacted by incarceration and other barriers. We begin with an in-depth overview of the broader issue of reentry, examining the significant obstacles these individuals face as they work to reintegrate into the workforce. From there, we explore actionable strategies that nonprofit employers can adopt to support these individuals in building sustainable careers and successfully reconnecting with their communities.
