KNN hosts Virtual Town Hall Meetings via Zoom every other week to connect regularly with nonprofits across Kentucky to provide timely information and resources. Join us at 10:30am ET every other Thursday.  

Securing match dollars for federal grants is often a barrier many nonprofits face when interested in applying for federal grants. On our July 27 Virtual Town Hall Meeting, KNN member Hannah Conover, Executive Director of Grant Ready Kentucky, and Rebecca Hartsough, Policy Director for Babbage Cofounder, will join us to discuss the new Kentucky G.R.A.N.T. program. The program establishes a grant matching fund to assist nonprofits with projects in 41 counties with the local cost share of federal grant applications. The program was established by the bipartisan passage of KY House Bill 9 in 2023 and will be administered by the KY Department for Local Government.
