Collaboration by Design: Tools to Clarify Roles, Decisions, and Accountability
April 9, 2026 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
(EDT)
Description
In fast-paced nonprofit settings, clarity is key to effective collaboration. This session equips leaders with two practical frameworks—POP (Purpose, Outcomes, Process) and DARCI (Decision-Making and Accountability Model)—to improve communication, streamline decision-making, and strengthen shared ownership. Participants will apply these tools to real projects or partnerships, learning how to bring structure, alignment, and efficiency to collaborative work. Leaders will leave with ready-to-use templates and approaches that make teamwork and collaboration more transparent, inclusive, and results-oriented.
Outcomes - By the end of this session, participants will:
Explore power dynamics inherent in collaborative endeavors and how to work with these dynamics productively.
Use the POP and DARCI frameworks to bring clarity and accountability to collaborative work
Define roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes for smoother teamwork.
Improve communication and meeting effectiveness across teams and organizations.
Strengthen follow-through, shared ownership, and alignment on priorities.
You can register for this session individually or register for a series of three workshops for $120 (members). Click here to see the full series.
