Engaging stakeholders and partners in projects can be stressful and challenging. Without support and buy-in from your key stakeholders, projects can go sideways and in some cases be halted. Learn the building blocks of a stakeholder engagement plan and start on your path to learning how successfully identify, engage and partner with your stakeholders. This 90-minute training will provide an overview of stakeholder mapping and provide examples of effective outreach tools.
You will leave with an understanding of the purpose and necessity of having a stakeholder engagement plan in your organziation or your project.
