Florence Tandy is the founder and CEO of Leadership Bridges, a boutique consultancy that specializes in leadership development, strategic planning, teambuilding, board governance, and strategic alliances for nonprofit organizations. Before launching her consulting practice, Florence had a successful career in the nonprofit sector, most recently as the Executive Director for the Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission. Leadership Bridges a a nationally certified women-owned business (WBE) through WBENC and an Everything DISC and Five Behaviors authorized partner.

Florence has served on the boards of a dozen or more nonprofit organizations and has received numerous awards that attest to her commitment to community service. She has a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
