KNN hosts Virtual Town Hall Meetings via Zoom every other week to connect regularly with nonprofits across Kentucky to provide timely information and resources. Join us at 10:30am ET every other Thursday.  

On the 7/17 Virtual Town Hall: Unprecedented times face charitable nonprofits, and yet we know we must keep pushing forward with our fundraising strategies. Many KNN members share they are not sure how to communicate their current situation with funders - foundations, corporations/businesses, and individuals. While there is urgency in many asks, organizations also fear appearing desperate (though they might very well be desperate). The fundraising team from Ashley | Rountree & Associates join us to lead this critical discussion on our 7/17 Virtual Town Hall Meeting. We'll discuss:

  • what funders are thinking to help us craft our most effective solicitation and communications strategies;
  • action steps we can take if our revenue is not diversified - it's not too late;
  • how to move past the paralysis of this uncertainty;
  • the critical role our boards can play during this moment;
  • and more.
