Join your nonprofit colleagues for discussions on the diversity, intersectionality, and inclusion issues facing the sector. These monthly calls are an important opportunity to connect with your colleagues facing similar challenges and opportunities, learn from one another's experiences, share ideas and best practices, and more.


On our 10/3 call: Equity in Education – Join our guest Todd Baldwin, VP & Director, Center for Best Practice and Innovation at KNN member, The Prichard Committee for a discussion of educational equity in Kentucky. The discussion will include key findings from their research on how school choice programs impact educational equity, including disparities in geographic access, potential effects on rural and urban communities, and the impact on different student populations. Todd will also provide an overview of Amendment 2, a proposed amendment to the Kentucky constitution that would allow for laws to provide state funding for non-public education that will be included on the November 7 ballot, and its potential implications for school choice in Kentucky, including the fiscal implications and broader effects on educational equity across the state.
