These monthly calls are an important opportunity to connect with your colleagues facing similar challenges and opportunities, learn from one another's experiences, share ideas and best practices, and more.

On our February 6 call: With over 75,000 nonprofits sharing demographic data via their Candid profiles, the social sector now has the data to move beyond intention and into action. Join Asia Hadley and Anna Koob from Candid as we explore critical insights from their State of Diversity in the U.S. Nonprofit Sector report. This session will examine who currently holds access to power in nonprofit leadership and financial resources, while highlighting key demographic findings across race, gender, sexual orientation, and disability status. Gain actionable insights into the state of diversity in the social sector, with a special focus on organizations in the South, and learn how transparency and data can drive progress toward equity and inclusion.
