KNN hosts Virtual Town Hall Meetings via Zoom every other week to connect regularly with nonprofits across Kentucky to provide timely information and resources. Join us at 10:30am ET every other Thursday. 

On the December 4 Town Hall: This year has required a considerable amount of resilience for nonprofit leaders. Resilience is about developing the skills, awareness, and strategies that help you recover, adapt, and lead effectively in times of stress and change. In this presentation led by Karen Rehm of Best Care EAP, we’ll explore what resilience really looks like and how you can strengthen it in yourself and your team.

You will:

  • Define resilience and identify its key characteristics in yourself and others
  • Dispel common myths about what resilience is — and what it isn’t
  • Learn practical, everyday strategies to build and strengthen resilience
  • Understand how resilience supports clearer decision-making and steadier leadership
