On the 11/6/25 call: In today’s workplaces, employees want to feel connected, valued, and part of something meaningful. This discussion, led by Chanta Wilkinson (Chanta Wilkinson Consulting), will explore practical strategies for fostering a culture where mutual respect, inclusivity, and shared purpose thrive. Together, we’ll look at how belonging impacts engagement, retention, and innovation, and how leaders can intentionally cultivate environments where every team member feels seen, supported, and empowered to contribute their best.
