The Mission-Driven Flame is a three-part interactive leadership series designed specifically for nonprofit professionals who want to elevate their leadership presence, strengthen team collaboration, and address workplace challenges with purpose and skill.
Inspired by the campfire model — Oxygen, Heat, and Fuel — this series helps participants:
Ignite their inner drive by understanding their values, motivations, and leadership strengths.
Sustain a healthy team environment built on communication, trust, and emotional intelligence.
Fuel productive conversations that promote alignment, innovation, and mission impact.
Each 90‑minute virtual session features expert guest speakers, interactive discussions, and practical tools participants can immediately implement in their organizations.
This series empowers nonprofit teams to burn brighter, together, and move their mission forward with intention and resilience.
