Description

KNN’s legislative priority to improve charitable nonprofit grants and contracts with the state crossed the finish line in the 2026 legislative session. On our June 2 call for KNN members, we will review the new Kentucky regulations and statutes taking effect as a result of House Bill 480 and KNN’s work with the Finance & Administration Cabinet to be sure you have everything you need to negotiate a fair agreement with your state agency partners. 

Learn your rights as a state vendor, learn new invoice payment protocol improvements, walk through recently-established payment dispute resolution processes, and preview helpful contract provisions that should appear in your agreements when HB 480 takes effect this summer.
