Engagement starts with emotional intelligence (EQ). You will learn how to apply EQ principles—self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and relationship management—to daily communication and team trust-building. Using insights from EQ-Comms and The Neurochemistry of Trust, this workshop equips HR leaders and managers to foster psychologically safe dialogue.

Key Concepts: EQ-i framework, co-regulation, empathy mapping, allyship communication practices.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand and apply the 5 domains of emotional intelligence in workplace conversations
• Practice co-regulation and feedback techniques that build trust and connection
