Join your nonprofit colleagues for discussions on issues impacting the sector's ability to engage, serve, and welcome all. These monthly calls are an important opportunity to connect with your colleagues facing similar challenges and opportunities, learn from one another's experiences, share ideas and best practices, and more.

On the April 3 call: Dr. Sheila A. Schuster, a licensed psychologist and Executive Director of the Advocacy Action Network, will discuss the importance of equity and inclusion in the workplace, particularly in the context of mental wellness. She will present data on the impact of stress, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues on workplace productivity and costs. Dr. Schuster will discuss the key factors in improving the overall mental wellness of your workplace for your employees and how to recognize signs of burnout and behavioral health issues while providing resources for addressing them.
