Board members are expected to be effective champions of nonprofit missions - helping to drive fundraising and advocacy.  Too often, they can be left without the practical tools, shared expectations, or the confidence to act.

Nonprofit CEOs, executive directors and board members are invited to join Kentucky Nonprofit Network for an interactive workshop to turn good intentions into meaningful engagement. Championing the Mission: A Practical Playbook for Board and Staff Leadership will guide participants through what it truly means to be a board champion, practice real-world messaging, and strengthen CEO-board alignment to support fundraising and advocacy in authentic, achievable ways.

Team registration and discounts make it easy for CEOs and Executive Directors to bring multiple board members.
Organizations that attend as a team leave with practical strategies, shared language, and a clear action plan to activate board members in fundraising and advocacy.

Registration note: Pricing is based on the number of participants registered at the time of checkout and cannot be changed after the initial registration. If you anticipate adding participants, we recommend registering at the higher team level to lock in the lower per-person rate. Additional participants can be added later for 4+ person teams at no additional cost. Emailus@kynonprofits.org with any questions or to add additional people to your team later.
