KNN’s Virtual Town Hall Meetings bring Kentucky nonprofits together to share current information and resources. We start with the latest legislative updates, then move into timely presentations and discussions led by guest experts and KNN staff. Join us every other Thursday at 10:30am ET to stay informed and connected!

On our October 15 call: Join Kentucky Nonprofit Network for a Virtual Town Hall exploring upcoming changes to Kentucky Medicaid and what they may mean for nonprofits and the communities they serve. Representatives from the Kentucky Department for Medicaid Services will provide an overview of the new Work or Community Engagement requirements for certain Medicaid members, including how the requirements will be implemented and the potential role nonprofit organizations can play in helping individuals navigate these changes. Kentucky Voices for Health will also join the conversation to share practical implications for nonprofits, highlight advocacy and engagement opportunities related to ongoing legislative activity, provide updates on related policy developments and mandated reports, and preview consumer-focused resources designed to help Kentuckians understand whether the new requirements may apply to them and what steps they can take. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of what is changing, who may be affected, how nonprofits can support their communities, and where they can engage in ongoing advocacy and implementation efforts.
